For PIAs (Property Improvement Applications):

1. Log into EasyHOA (in upper right)
2. On left side, click on "Request"
3. On right side, click on "Create New Request"
4. Follow the prompts on the form, including uploading photos, plans and supporting documents in PDF format
5. Select the "Complete and Create Request" button to submit your PIA
