Walden Woods is a neighborhood of unique homes nestled in a woodland setting and built and maintained with care and consideration of its homeowners.

The Walden Woods neighborhood hosts social events all year and maintains a large common area for neighbors to use.

The website offers access to neighborhood announcements, key roles and contacts in the community, frequently asked questions, downloadable files in our resource center (CC&R, maps, bylaws, common area info, etc.), regional contacts you might find useful (police, school, post office, Firewise, chipping service, etc.).

Meeting Information

Regular Board meetings are open to all members and are usually held on the second Wednesday of every other month at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted in these announcements. Scheduled meetings are in January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Working Board meetings are open to all members and are usually held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted in these announcements.

Executive Session meetings are held as needed and are board-only meetings.

Members are encouraged to attend Open Board meetings.

Agendas for these meetings are posted in the Events section of the website and your portal, no less than four days before open meetings and 2 days before Executive Sessions.
